30 days, no questions
Within 30 days of any payment, a first purchase or a yearly renewal, you get the full amount back. You do not have to give a reason.
How to ask
Write to support@mpvw.org or reply to the email with your license key, from the email address of your account, and say which payment you want back. We refund it through Stripe, usually the same or the next working day. The money goes back to the card you paid with; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 days.
What happens to the license
- Refunded purchase: the license is revoked and its subscription cancelled. Pro switches off on its sites at their next license check; the free features, your videos and settings stay.
- Refunded renewal: the license ends at the start of that year, the way an expired license does: Pro keeps working on its sites, but updates and support stop.
We email you when the refund is done.
After 30 days
After 30 days payments are not refunded, but you can cancel the renewal at any time in your account so the next year is not charged. If something went wrong, for example a renewal you forgot to cancel just after the 30 days, write to us anyway.
Right of withdrawal
EU consumers agree at checkout that the license starts right away, which ends the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. The 30-day guarantee on this page replaces it and is longer. Stripe, as the seller, may also refund payments under consumer protection rules.
Please ask us first
A dispute with your bank (chargeback) takes weeks, costs a fee and revokes the license. A refund request to us is quicker and gets you the full amount.
